Where we're up to
Here we will be providing updates throughout the works to let you know when we will be working in your area. Additionally, please feel free to ask a question and one of our team will respond within 24 hours.
We are pleased to announce that we have now completed all works at Achilles Court
We would like to take this opportunity to thank residents for their continued support, patience and cooperation throughout the duration of our works.
Please keep an eye out for our Tenant Liaison Officer, Andrea Mason, who will be a consistent presence in your area.
She will be driving round in one of our full electric vehicles; therefore please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions or concerns.
With the scaffolding now fully erected we will be commencing our roofline works on Monday 11th September, which we anticipate taking 2-3 weeks.
This involves replacing the fascia’s, soffits and gutters to the entirety of the building.
We will be commencing our works at Achilles Court on 28th August 2023.
Our works will consist of internal communal painting, external painting, new fascia’s, soffits and gutters.
We anticipate the works taking approximately 8-10 weeks, with an finish date expected around the end of October.
