Town & Country Housing - Peabody Group

Project Gallery

George Jones & Son (Contractors) Ltd are working on behalf of Town and Country Housing as part of their External Planned Maintenance Programme. The works are based on the externals of your home and any internal communal areas (if applicable), and they generally consist of any minor pre-paint repairs, followed by decoration works.

The work is being carried out in phases to minimise disruption and inconvenience to residents. Each and every property we undertake maintenance works on are thoroughly checked by our on Site team, to ensure a satisfactory standard is achieved. TCH management team also look at a sample of properties post completion to help ensure the required standards have been met. Contractors only work from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

If you are a vulnerable resident, or require additional assistance – please let us know and we can discuss the best way to undertake works to your property, to ensure any disruption is kept to a minimum.

For the financial year 25-26 we are mainly working in the Royal Tunbridge Wells and Epsom areas. For a detailed breakdown of our intended programme of works please find it located at the bottom of this page as a separate document (note this is approximate and subject to change).
